ABOUT ChainMeet Life
Dear Reader,
Imagine feeling self-confident and worthy of being your Unique You, knowing that you matter in this world and that you can make a positive impact.

But have you ever felt lonely or isolated, even in a room full of people? Maybe you’ve struggled with a negative self-image or found yourself doubting your worth as a friend. You’re not alone. Many of us grapple with those feelings, worrying that we don’t have anything valuable to offer or that we won’t be accepted or included. It’s tough when self-doubt creeps in, making us feel like we’re on the outside looking in. I get it; been there, done that.

That’s exactly why I created ChainMeet. I wanted to find a way to tackle these feelings head-on and help others rediscover their self-worth and confidence. The solution? A super simple 4-step blueprint called Meet-Treat-Eat-Repeat. This isn’t just another social gimmick; it’s about real and meaningful connections that make a difference!
And here’s the best part: when you support and uplift others through your ChainMeets, you get to experience the magic of Reciprocity: that incredible feeling of being encouraged, affirmed, and validated—in return. When you KNOW and FEEL you’re valued and appreciated, it empowers you to step out of your comfort zone and chase your goals and dreams. ( (That is part of my story and how I discovered the power of the ChainMeet)

It’s time to embrace hope, excitement, and the incredible possibility of YOU confidently making a difference in the world around you—simply one ChainMeet at a time!

Journeying together,
Sue
Who are the ChainMeeters?
YOU!

But, we get it. You’re thinking, “What do I have to offer?” or “How can I make a simple yet significant difference?” ChainMeet is tailored to help you conquer these concerns by bringing your unique light into the world.
One person, one action, one word—these are the essential building blocks of meaningful change. The “little” things you offer could significantly impact someone else’s life. Your kindness might be the sunshine someone needs on a gloomy day. Your attentive listening could be the outlet for someone who feels voiceless. Your simple act of friendship might just be the boost of confidence someone desperately needs.

ChainMeet empowers you be friendtentional, that is, to confidently be an intentional friend. We call that kind of awesome friend a “RealFriend,” or an “RF.” An RF is an active intentional friend, a friend on-purpose, a friend-in-action. And RFs reach out to uplift and inspire “VFs,” that is, your “ValuedFriends,” friends that you value and appreciate for who they are.
RFs treat and inspire VFs
ChainMeeters are the lifeblood of our community! As RealFriends (RFs), they confidently treat their Valued Friends (VFs) to ChainMeets, just one friend or colleague at a time. The moment you decide to step into your light as a ChainMeeter, you trigger a ripple effect that extends far beyond what you can see. When you uplift someone, you don’t just make their day better—you empower them to lift others, thereby perpetuating a chain of positivity. In the ChainMeet world, we call this the “Linking Friendship Forward” effect. Your single act can indeed spark a chain reaction of good that reverberates through your community and, potentially, the world.

Don’t forget you get to reap the rewards, too! When you uplift and affirm a friend, you will feel uplifted and affirmed in yourself. When you help your friend feel more confident, you will get a boost in your own self-confidence. That’s the awesome Power of Reciprocity!

The Super-Simple 4-Step Blueprint to ChainMeet Mastery:
MEET TREAT EAT REPEAT
Our mission is straightforward: to empower you to be friendtentional and become the most authentic version of yourself—your Unique You—while positively impacting your circle. How do we accomplish this and bring meaningful moments into your life? Through a method we’ve perfected, rooted in the principles of Others-Love and Reciprocity.

Just follow our 4 simple steps: Meet, Treat, Eat, Repeat. So, pick a spot, Meet up, Treat them to something special, Eat as you share an experience, and then Repeat. It’s as transformative as it sounds!
1. MEET
The first easy step of being friendtentional: Send a ChainMeet invite to a Valued Friend (VF) to hang out together in-person, one-on-one, face-to-face, just the two of you. Even the act of inviting them to meet at a coffee shop, pizza café, or wherever you choose will brighten their day and set the stage for impact!
2. TREAT
Yes, treat them to a favorite coffee, a cookie, pizza, after-dinner drink, a donut (or two), again, whatever you choose; this makes it affordable. We believe the simple gesture of treating—and being treated—is what counts. Doesn’t it feel good to be treated?
3. Eat
Enjoy the treat and your time together as you create an impactful experience. Honor your friend with your complete focus and attention. Ask questions. Let them share! And spur them on with your affirmation and your belief in them. ChainMeet helps you to go beyond surface-level talks; sharing food or drink creates room for honest conversations and genuine connections. Then enjoy the rewards of Reciprocity—the good version of What goes around comes around—you BOTH will feel an enhanced sense of value and self-worth!
4. REPEAT
This is the most important step! Do it all over again. Keep inspiring forward! Invite another VF to a ChainMeet, and another... That's you keeping the Chain of Positivity going, and changing the world around you—simply one friend at a time.
Then POST! Showcase your ChainMeet!
Don’t forget to inspire others and memorialize the awesome time with your buddy by posting your ChainMeet on your social media pages! Snap a selfie of the two of you during your ChainMeet, upload it, then share your experience.
On Facebook, tag ChainMeet; on Instagram, tag ChainMeetLife. Tag your friend, and mention the restaurant you visited. Imagine how they will feel when you publicly show appreciation for your VF!

Sharing your ChainMeet stories not only fuels your friendship but also fuels a community aiming for common goals of empowerment, inspiration, and self-actualization. When you inspire forward, you also inspire within, creating an unstoppable wave of positivity.
Impact the World
